The unit shown above is the very latest and quite unique as it is the first controller to come with a remote control. We have really scratched our heads and can't work out why on earth you would need this. Maybe it is for extremely nervous passengers? Anyone shed any light on this?

All Brake Controls operate on the principle of an electronically generated output current to apply the electric trailer brakes in conjunction with the brake lights of the tow vehicle. This basic design assures that the trailer brakes will always lead the tow vehicle brakes when they are applied. Installing Brake Controllers can be fairly simple. Hidden Hitch provides "Brake Mate" Installation Kits that provide everything required to perform an installation. Some vehicles make installing extremely simple by supplying OEM connectors under the dash. Hidden Hitch offers inexpensive adapters to connect Brake Controllers on late model Ford and Dodge trucks.
