Hand Operated Torch - Needs No Batteries

We keep two of these in the A'van at all times for emergencies. We keep one in a back pack which goes with us on all walks no matter what the time of day. We got caught a few years back in the rainforest at Binna Burra. No one told us that it gets dark in there very early in the afternoon due to the dense canopy. It's probably the most "rescued" area in the whole of Queensland. Anyway these torches need no batteries as they are actually a hand operated generator. Light output is not that fantastic but there is enough to light the way on a bush track. You will never get lost using one as they make a bit of noise in operation. The one shown came from Innovations - $25.00. Dick Smith has a bright yellow one for around $20.00. Absolutely recommended.
