Jane and Ted Winkler sent us up the above little packet.  Little did we know the absolute mouth watering treat which awaited us. Tasmanian icon Anvers Fudge, we discovered, is quite a famous product and listed in just about every gourmet fudge guide on the Internet. We did the right thing - an obligatory taste test!  Think we did what was expected - we ate the lot! Bob only got half.  As Jane had commented on the  comprehensive photos of the Brisbane Caravan Show, so as the photographer I reckoned my share had to be half, in spite of Bob's wanting more.

The photos to the left are from Jane and Ted's beautiful piece of paradise in the west of Tasmania. Jane was the lady responsible for that lovely photo which epitomizes what this style of camping is about, entitled From an A'van Window.
