For those of you who don't already know, I have purchased an apartment in Mooloolaba as an investment property. Its is a gorgeous place with the most awesome views of the ocean. It is available to be rented for weekends/weeks. I will handle the initial bookings myself until I find an appropriate Real Estate Agent to manage the property.

Weekends would be approx. $150 (mates rates) for 2 nights, and $500 for the week. Book early as the penthouse (with its amazing views of the coast) will be popular! Please let me know if you or any of your friends are interested. It is still available for Easter 2003, but be quick.
