USA A'van Satisfaction Surveys |

| We felt this is an excellent idea being trialled by
our A'van friends in the USA. Everyone attending their first ever rally in
June 2001 has been sent a questionnaire to be hopefully returned before the
event. We are already doing most of its contents in Australia except
satisfaction reports. They are asking what owners would like the factory
to do in future A'vans, least liked/most liked features, how you rate the service, are you happy with the
factory/dealer and several similar questions. Is this something we should try
here? A-Forum already is available for both criticism and praise of the product,
service and dealers etc. but of course it's only available to those on the
net. Below is how it's going - on their little news forum.
Fellow A-liners Have received less than 50% response to the A'liner questionnaire, but
there is still time. Please respond by 6 May so that I can compile all of
the results. So far those that have responded have some great ideas and
have made some interesting additions to their A-liners. Even got a picture
of a cat driving what seems to be a Jeep towing the camper. Everyone who
attends the rally will get a copy of the results. Thanks again to those
who have responded and I look forward to hearing from the rest of you. Diane & Larry |
