The catchy slogan was coined at the inaugural A'liner Owners Club rally held at Donegan, Pennsylvania on June 1-3, 2001. Regular readers will know we have been following the efforts of the tireless Ginny to get their first rally up and running. It was a pretty special event as we seem to have more A'vans over here than they do in the USA, as many of those attending had never come across another A'van in a park before. As can be seen by the photos they weren't blessed with perfect weather. According to Ginny the most popular event was what they call Innovation (our Show & Tell) followed by Open House. The good news is work is well in hand on their very own internet site and we will all be able to swap ideas - we were privileged to see a sneak preview. We have started the ball rolling with a couple of different ideas in this months A-Show & Tell. It is truly wonderful how we can share ideas with others half a world away. The venue was close to the A'liner factory and everyone was treated to a slap up lunch at the workshop on the Saturday - wonderful to see the "birthplace of your "baby".
