A Different Approach Fly Screen

The "fly screen" - Used a piece of plastic mesh, as wide as the door, and folded over and sewn at the bottom to take a 54cm-long  plastic (conduit) rod.  This fits neatly into the bottom of the door frame.
Leave the bottom half of the door hooked open, and close the top half using bolt fitted.  Attach top of fly screen to top door via a Velcro strip below the widow.  Sew sides of screen using bias binding.  Roll up and store under seat when not in use.  Looks upside-down, but works well with a cooling breeze coming in at ankle level. Hope you can understand the above.  I don't have any pictures, but they probably wouldn't add much anyway.  Good luck, and keep up the great site.  We're off to WA for three months shortly (with the A'van).  Will let you know how it performs on our return.
