Simple Sink Cover

The standard arrangement for the sink cover leaves a lot to be desired. We have pivoted ours so that it swings around to form a useful shelf. A shaped piece of timber on the underside keeps it located in either position. The pivot bolt has a coil spring underneath to allow the tilt needed when shifting position - note where we have fitted a radio.
