Many of us DIY folk dream about putting that dead area behind the drawers to much better use. It has been on our list of "to do" projects for well over 18 months! We came across this in the new Jayco Heritage ($43K!) This is a quite different approach to those we have posted in the past, as this unit is all wood and therefore well within all our abilities - hopefully that is! So all we have here is a flat sheet of MDF or ply with a top and bottom draw track. All you do is put up wooden shelves or attach wire shelves. When pushed in, a small door covers the slide. You could possibly make this project more straight forward by eliminating this bit.
