This is cheap and brilliant! For all of us needing our best cut glass to show off at "Happy Hour" this idea stops breakages along the way. Simply find some suitable size PVC pipe off cuts at any building site. Cut about 100 mm long and simply glue to the cupboard base using say construction adhesive. Finish off by putting a thin piece of foam or felt in the bottom - circular. We found this idea on the FMCA site in the States.
