To provide heating when needed in our Sportliner, we have fixed a thermostatically controlled fan heater under the table to the rear locker wall. This is conveniently out of the way, quickly heats up the van when needed, and does not take up any storage space. In hot weather it also provides circulation of the air in the van. When the alarm goes off on a freezing morning, the power switch can be flicked on whilst still in bed and within minutes the van is as warm as toast! Only problem is that being a 240V heater it only works where you have a mains power supply.
