12 Volt Fridge Connection

The electrical fitting shown is called an Anderson plug and socket. It really is the ultimate if you want to eliminate the slightest chance of voltage drop to your Electrolux fridge when running on 12 volt. The plugs also withstand the minor accident. This one has been dragged along the road a bit yet still works just fine. The plug is polarised so it is impossible to insert in the wrong way round. You will usually only be able to purchase these from an auto electrician or wholesaler. Expect to pay around $30.00.

This young lass really got down to basics to find out just how Reece implemented his fridge modifications. Note how we Queenslanders all sit down to ponder huge technical problems!
