The pictures above show two types of gas bottle connecting hoses. The one on the left is the standard type presently fitted to just about all A'vans. It works very well, but must NEVER be undone with any sort of wrench or pliers. The one on the right is a newer type with a metal braided hose and a much easier to turn large knob - ideal for ladies travelling on their own or those with arthritis etc.
