We spotted this on a 1996 A'van - in immaculate condition by the way. This system gives fantastic easy access to the winding nut without bending down. It also has the rear wheel to minimise tail scrapes on steep driveways etc. The unit was welded on and had no brand stamped on it. This idea seems to have been dropped on later models
