Home A-What's New A-Show & Tell A-Campsite A-DIY A-Pet A-Cook A-Clinic A-Newbie

A-Show & Tell is the largest web based database of ideas for customising all A'van and A'liner campers in the world. In this section you will also find details of products you can buy off the shelf, make yourself  and also security items. This is a HUGE section. Simply click on the category below that interests you. This brings up a menu with all the items submitted so far including the oldest archives which have all now been fully indexed. To track which ones you have looked at, the link will change colour. UPDATES are shown in a bright red box and also on the menu. If you have time please look at updates as this gives manufacturer, dealer and user feedback. Just follow the "little A'van" for new entries added since the last issue. The DIY section lists more ambitious projects and contains far more detail. A-Clinic concerns itself with technical discussions. You will find a search function right at the bottom of this page - this will rarely show the latest ideas though as it relies on the search engine Google visiting the site often. When searching, as this entire site has just undergone a major upgrade you may get a few "page not found" (error 404) until Google revisits every page over the coming months. Show & Tell RELIES solely on contributions so please email Bob & Chrissy Eustace.

Sourcing Components:- We suggest you try your local dealer first for all parts, as most are a mine of information and they all need our support. Where we do mention a supplier, it is to assist those living in areas well away from a dealer to locate components.

Exceeding Weight/Dimension Limits:- We strongly urge you to continually check the weight of your van as you make improvements to ensure you comply with RTA and insurance requirements. As a rough guide most A'vans allow 300kg above the TARE noted on the compliance plate. (industry standard) In our view you are better off adhering to the factory instructions when it comes to tyre pressures and suspension.
