Phase Link Aerial Problems

Regular readers of these pages will have seen my stories on TV aerials. Well I eventually took the plunge so to speak and bought the latest Phase Link model. According to the hype this is as good as the Explorer C10 which Bob is always raving on about. To cut a long story short I installed it and of course it wouldn't work! Bob had a look at it and found that they had just poked the wires in and not done anything up at all. Once tightened up everything worked fine. I have put this up in case others with my limited electrical knowledge buy one with the same problem.
