Pets on Holidays |

| I have just finished sending the
following email to the family both here and overseas. Thought you might
enjoy seeing the travelling A'van menagerie too. The last few days away just
flew. Not one of us, including the little pets wanted to come home. We
enjoyed the break immensely.
This was Sunny's first journey with us and she did just fine. Beau was funny at the start of our journey. Being eyeball to eyeball with Sunny was just too much for him. He barked and whimpered and tried to grab Sunny with every move she made. However, coming home "all quiet" on the western front. We still would not trust Sunny with Beau but he no longer tries to make a meal of her. Sunny spent the days in the Annex and the nights inside with us. Yes, all four of us in that "wee small space". |

| We would let Sunny out at certain
intervals (mainly early in the morning) and she would do laps around the
A'van. We had to ensure of course that the latch was well and truly
bolted. As you can see in one of the photos, she took up spot on Ian after
one of her flights.
We took the DVD Player with us, as well as the Satellite Dish. We really do "rough it" very badly don't we? Ahahahah I was so tired at the end of each day, I fell asleep and missed the ends of most movies. |

| The Aussie Bear Ian bought for me just recently. It keeps the NZ Kiwi Bear company. The A'van Christmas Party will be held in November at Crow's Nest. So we will be back to our favourite haunt very soon. |

| Our next trip away (yes, I am planning
the next one already) will be down to either Ballina or Byron Bay. We saw a
couple of places when we had Ian's Mum with us last week.
One place was Diamond Head via Byron Bay. Diamond Head is really pretty and right on the beach. However, pets are not allowed. I am not too sure if I sent that photo to you or not, so I will include the photo of Diamond Head in this one. |

| Another spot we want to visit, is near
Ballina. It entails getting a vehicular ferry from Ballina but the camping
ground allows pets. It also looks a great spot to spend some time.
Our next few trips away, will only be on Ian's days off. For those short breaks the pets will be okay at home here, if we cannot get a baby sitter. Anyway, now to the fun part of washing all the clothes and getting everything back to normal. Regards Ian & Therese |
